Deskripsi pekerjaan
Perusahaan manufaktur ini mencari Technical Engineer untuk melakukan pemeliharaan preventif dan perbaikan pada mesin produksi guna meminimalkan waktu henti (downtime). Peran ini mencakup inspeksi rutin pada sistem mekanikal, elektrikal, pneumatik, dan hidrolik untuk mencegah kegagalan sistem. Selain itu, staf bertanggung jawab melakukan troubleshooting efektif saat terjadi kerusakan mesin di area produksi. Posisi ini menuntut kedisiplinan tinggi, kemampuan analisis masalah yang kuat, serta kesediaan untuk bekerja dalam sistem shift dan siap dipanggil untuk pemeliharaan darurat jika diperlukan.
Tanggung jawab: Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance on production machinery to minimize downtime; Conduct routine inspections on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to prevent potential failures; Perform effective troubleshooting on machinery breakdowns in the production area.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field; Minimum 3–5 years of work experience in Maintenance or Engineering within the manufacturing industry (experience in Food Flavor / FMCG is preferred); Valid Certification in Safety Electrical (Teknisi K3 Listrik) or Welding; Familiarity with Food Safety and Industrial Hygiene standards (GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, or Halal Assurance); Proficient in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage; Good communication skills, highly disciplined, and strong analytical problem-solving abilities; Willing to work in shifts and available for on-call emergency maintenance when needed.
