Kami mencari Process Engineer yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan Sarjana di bidang Metalurgi, Teknik Mesin, atau Teknik Industri dengan pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di industri manufaktur. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola tugas BOO di Engineering Workbench, meninjau pengembangan proses baru, serta melakukan penyesuaian produktivitas terkait. Anda akan memimpin penyesuaian dan peningkatan produksi melalui proses yang sudah ada dengan fokus pada peningkatan kapasitas atau pengurangan waktu pengerjaan (runtime). Tanggung jawab Anda mencakup koordinasi dengan tim Engineering, Costing, Tooling, dan Maintenance untuk mendorong perbaikan berkelanjutan, meminimalkan reject dan rework, serta menyiapkan alat pendukung produksi seperti Jig, Fixture, dan Dies. Anda juga bertanggung jawab dalam menyiapkan dokumen standar (GOS, work instruction, dll) serta harus mampu berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris secara lancar.
Tanggung jawab: Submit BOO tasks in the Engineering Workbench; Review new process development and related productivity adjustment; Lead adjustment and productions improvement by existing established process; Drive sustainable improvements by existing issues or boost productivity in current process; Giving solutions for day to day production process issues related to runtime and output; Drive production support initiatives focusing on reject reduction, rework minimisation; Prepare all supporting tools (Jig/ Fixture/ GoNoGo/Dies/Cutting Tools/ etc); Preparing and updating Standard documents (GOS/work instruction/one poin lesson/Trial report).
Kualifikasi: Bachelor Degree of Metalurgy/ Mechanical/ Industriall Engineering; Minimal experience 5 years in Manufacturing Industry; Able to read and analyze technical drawing; Must be able to speak English fluently (communication and writing); Must be authorized to work in Bekasi MM 2100.
