- Handling and cheking invoice, B/L, PIB/PEB, SPBB, COO, INV, PL - Monitoring partner agents - Communicate with customers and partner agent
Kualifikasi: Experience as a Operation EXIM at least 1 years is preferred; Experience in the freight forwarding field is preferred; Proficiency in Mandarin language (computer and verbal); Good personality and communication skills; Good Teamwork and interpersonal skill; Energetic, enthusiastic, and having high initiative; Adaptable and fast learner; Willing to be disturbed outside office hours; Able to work within tight deadlines; Handling and cheking export import documents; Monitoring partner agents; Communicate with customers and partner agent; Creating invoices for customers; Create daily, weekly and monthly reports.
