IMPORTANT NOTE : This position is intended for candidates with relevant experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics Operations, and Customs Clearance. Please apply only if you meet the stated requirements, including a valid PPJK certification . RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and manage daily freight forwarding operations, including import, export, and domestic shipments;

Oversee customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures; Coordinate with Customs (Bea Cukai), shipping lines, airlines, trucking vendors, warehouses, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth shipment execution; Review and monitor shipping and customs documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness;

Resolve operational issues related to shipment delays, customs inspections, cargo discrepancies, and customer complaints; Monitor shipment status and ensure timely updates are provided to customers and internal stakeholders; Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and operational standards;

Lead, supervise, and develop the Operations team to achieve departmental objectives and service quality targets; Evaluate operational performance and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity; Prepare and submit operational reports to management.
