PT Geomineral Inti Perkasa, a subsidiary of Xiamen Xiangyu Group—a Chinese state-owned enterprise and a Fortune Global 500 company—is engaged in nickel mining operations in Indonesia. We are currently looking for a HRGA Supervisor/Superintendent to join our team. Location: North Konawe, Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi Language: Indonesian is required; English is a plus Benefits: BPJS, Annual MCU, THR, Dormitory, Meals Work Roster: 12:2 Job Responsibilities Manage industrial relations and union affairs; maintain communication between company, employees, and unions.Handle employee complaints, discipline, and disputes, ensuring proper investigation and resolution. Conduct union communication, negotiation, and support CLA drafting and implementation. Manage disputes, strike risks, and major IR issues; develop and execute response plans.Coordinate with Manpower Office and authorities; support inspections and mediation. Ensure labor compliance for employees and contractors; identify IR risks. Monitor IR risks, analyze workforce dynamics, and provide recommendations.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 5 years of IR/ER or union experience; mining/project experience preferred.; Experience in union communication, bargaining, and dispute handling.; Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, CLA, and dispute procedures.; Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.; Willing to work long-term on site; local language skills are an advantage..
