Oversees finance operations, ensures accurate reporting, manages budgeting and cash flow, and supports decision leading Accounting and Purchasing team
Tanggung jawab: Oversee daily finance and accounting operations; Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports; Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes; Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies; Supervise Accounting and Purchasing team performance; Monitor cash flow and implement cost control strategies.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (mandatory); Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting; Minimum 1 year experience as a Supervisor; Candidates with F&B industry experience are preferred; Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail; Skilled in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial planning; Solid understanding of accounting principles and reporting cycles; Good command of English (spoken & written); Proficient in Accurate accounting software; Proven ability to supervise and manage Purchasing staff.
