Posisi Assistant Accounting Manager berperan penting dalam membantu Accounting Manager mengelola operasional akuntansi sehari-hari dan proses penutupan akhir bulan pada perusahaan manufaktur FMCG. Tugas utamanya mencakup penyiapan laporan keuangan, jurnal, buku besar, rekonsiliasi, serta perhitungan analisis biaya pokok penjualan (COGS) dan varians produksi. Kandidat juga akan berkoordinasi secara lintas departemen dengan tim produksi, pengadaan, gudang, dan rantai pasok untuk memastikan keakuratan catatan akuntansi, pengelolaan inventaris, serta kepatuhan terhadap standar akuntansi yang berlaku (PSAK).
Tanggung jawab: Assist the Accounting Manager in daily accounting operations and month-end closing; Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, general ledger, and reconciliations; Handle COGS calculations, product costing, and manufacturing cost analysis; Analyze standard versus actual production costs and manufacturing variances; Monitor raw materials, packaging, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory; Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, and supply chain teams; Support budgeting, cost control, financial analysis, and audit processes; Ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with PSAK; 2. Assistant Accounting Manager.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 5–7 years of accounting experience; Experience as a Senior Accountant, Accounting Supervisor, or equivalent is preferred; Strong hands-on experience in COGS, product costing, and manufacturing cost accounting is mandatory; Good understanding of inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, and manufacturing expenses; Experience in financial reporting, month-end closing, and general ledger management; Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP or ERP experience is an advantage; FMCG or food manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
