Perusahaan manufaktur FMCG ini membuka kesempatan bagi profesional akuntansi yang berpengalaman untuk menduduki posisi Accountant / Accounting Manager. Peran ini bertugas mengawasi seluruh operasional akuntansi, pelaporan keuangan, serta proses penutupan bulanan dan tahunan sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK) di Indonesia. Selain itu, pemegang posisi akan mengelola perhitungan biaya produk, analisis HPP (COGS), valuasi inventaris, alokasi biaya manufaktur, serta memimpin dan mensupervisi tim akuntansi secara keseluruhan guna memastikan kepatuhan pajak dan kelancaran audit internal maupun eksternal.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end closing; Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK); Manage product costing, COGS analysis, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost allocation; Analyze raw material, packaging, labor, and manufacturing overhead costs; Monitor inventory reconciliation and manufacturing variances; Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial analysis; Coordinate tax compliance and internal/external audits; Lead and supervise the accounting team; Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Minimum 7–10 years of relevant accounting experience; Previous managerial or accounting leadership experience is strongly preferred; Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting, product costing, COGS, and inventory accounting; Good understanding of PSAK, financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation; Experience with ERP systems; SAP is an advantage; FMCG, food manufacturing, or consumer goods experience is highly preferred.
