Kualifikasi

• Proficient in English
• Willing to be relocated to Bali if currently residing outside the area
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role (consulting experience is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, BPJS administration, and payroll calculations
• Proficient in payroll software, Microsoft Excel, and HRIS/payroll systems
• Close attention to detail and excellent numerical accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
• Experience working in a fast-paced or consultancy environment is a plus
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple clients

Tanggung Jawab

• As an HR Payroll – Client Consultant , you will be responsible for managing payroll and HR administrative processes for our clients, while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies
• Your responsibilities include:
• Managing end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients
• Handling BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registration and reporting
• Managing employee data, attendance, overtime, and leave records
• Preparing payroll reports, payslips, and monthly summaries
• Assisting clients with HR administration and compliance
• Acting as a point of contact for HR/payroll-related client inquiries
• Supporting HR documentation such as contracts, probation letters, and amendments
