Finance & Accounting Staff

Prepare, calculate, and submit corporate tax reports, including PPh, VAT (PPN), and other applicable taxes. Ensure timely tax payments and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. Maintain accurate tax records and supporting documents for audits and inspections.

Provide recommendations on tax planning and compliance strategies. Ensure all accounting records and supporting documents are complete, accurate, and properly maintained. Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

Process vendor payments and ensure timely collection from customers. Record daily bank transactions and process reimbursement claims. Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain the accuracy of financial records.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports. Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on schedule. Maintain and update the billing system to ensure data accuracy.

Review, verify, and process supplier invoices and supporting documents. Manage supplier payments according to agreed payment terms. Record and monitor company liabilities, including due dates and outstanding balances.
