The Operations team at Shopee manages the end-to-end process from product search to final delivery. This team monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis to address performance fluctuations. The division encompasses Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud. As a Sortation Center Region Lead, you will oversee daily operations across special handling areas in multiple facilities. You are responsible for managing operational budgets, achieving company targets, and coaching team members. This role requires a hands-on leadership style, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and supporting operational solutions on the ground.

Tanggung jawab: Lead and manage daily operations across Sortation Center’s special handling area in multiple facilities within the assigned region; Oversee operational budget, expenditure, and financial performance within the assigned region; Achieve operational targets aligned with overall company goals and objectives; Coach and develop team members according to standard learning and development guidelines; Ensure the operations team adheres to company standard operating procedures and work instructions.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in any major; 5 years of work experience in an express or logistics company; Experience managing distribution centers and/or inventory control in multiple areas or regions; Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; Familiarity with continuous improvement practices; Strong communication and collaboration skills; Experience with transport or freight management systems and project management is an advantage; Willingness to travel to other cities or regions as needed.
