Your Role As the O&M Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the long-term performance, reliability, and availability of Inecosolar’s Solar PV assets. You will oversee monitoring activities, preventive and corrective maintenance programs, technical troubleshooting, and performance optimization initiatives.

You will work closely with the Engineering, Design, and Project teams to continuously improve system quality, operational standards, and asset performance while ensuring excellent technical support for our clients. Your Responsibilities Manage and plan Solar PV operations and maintenance activities, ensuring high system availability, reliability, safety, and energy performance across all operating assets.
