Experience in writing shell scripts and Groovy/Python. Having a Java / Golang background is a plus. knowledge in AWS. GCP/Azure cloud providers are a plus. Knowledge of Kubernetes (preferably AWS EKS), networking, and CDN. Experience in solutioning and implementing scalable and performant architectures. Knowledge of microservices is a plus. Have knowledge in observability (logging, monitoring and alerting) platforms using New Relic/Datadog, Dynatrace, Sygnoz, etc. Understanding of deployment strategy using CI/CD tools like Jenkins & ArgoCD. Knowledge of API gateways or service meshes is a plus (preferably Istio). Expertise in SCM (GitLab/GitHub), code reviews, code analysis (using SonarQube) and the GitOps approach. Hands-on experience building Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using Terraform (HashiCorp). Knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL database administration on AWS (RDS). Good understanding of Kafka, SNS & MQTT. Exposure to SRE/DevOps practices using an Agile approach (DSMs, KPIs) is a plus. DevSecOps is a plus.
