Dalam industri perbankan yang terus berkembang, posisi Business Test Lead memegang peranan krusial untuk memimpin dan mengelola seluruh rangkaian kegiatan pengujian bisnis, termasuk UAT (User Acceptance Testing) dan verifikasi bisnis agar selaras dengan tujuan proyek serta kebijakan pengujian perusahaan. Anda akan bertanggung jawab merencanakan strategi pengujian, menyusun jadwal, mengalokasikan sumber daya, serta mengoordinasikan tim lintas fungsi termasuk Upstream, Downstream, dan Treasury. Peran ini juga mencakup validasi skenario pengujian, manajemen cacat (defect triage), pelacakan eskalasi, pengelolaan kesiapan operasional (operational readiness), hingga penyusunan laporan penyelesaian pengujian dan koordinasi sign-off menuju tahap peluncuran sistem (go-live).
Tanggung jawab: 1. Lead and manage business testing activities, including UAT and business verification, in alignment with project objectives and testing policies; 2. Develop business test plans, scope, schedules, resource allocation, entry/exit criteria, and test coverage; 3. Coordinate business testing across Upstream, Downstream, and Treasury teams, including business testers and relevant stakeholders; 4. Review and validate test scenarios and test cases to ensure coverage of business requirements, end-to-end processes, system functionalities, and operational procedures; 5. Manage defect triage, prioritization, tracking, retesting, escalation, and closure in collaboration with IT teams and vendors; 6. Identify and manage business process gaps, testing dependencies, risks, and operational readiness issues; 7. Ensure testing prerequisites, including environments, test data, system access, documentation, and test evidence, are properly prepared and maintained; 8. Prepare testing completion reports, coordinate business sign-off, assess go-live readiness, and ensure outstanding issues have clear ownership and resolution plans.
Kualifikasi: 1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field; 2. Minimum 8 years of banking experience, including at least 5 years leading Business Testing, UAT, or Business Verification for Core Banking or large-scale system implementations; 3. Hands-on experience in bank mergers, integrations, or core banking system migrations is strongly preferred; 4. Good knowledge of banking products and operations, including Treasury, Transaction Banking, Corporate Banking, Payments/Settlement, Finance, and Regulatory Reporting; 5. Familiar with Indonesian banking regulations, including OJK/BI reporting and local payment systems; 6. Experience in business and operational readiness assessment for major system implementations or migrations; 7. Strong test management skills, including test strategy, test planning, test scenario design, defect lifecycle management, and entry/exit criteria; 8. Experienced in test management and defect tracking tools, such as Jira; 9. Ability to translate business requirements and processes into end-to-end test scenarios; 10. Ability to assess business readiness, including operational procedures, exception handling, dependencies, and workarounds; 11. Strong stakeholder management across business users, IT teams, vendors, and senior management; 12. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and structured reporting skills; 13. Ability to challenge test coverage and escalate critical business readiness concerns; 14. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
