• Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices
• Procurement and purchasing fuel and other supplies based on voyage schedules and consumption forecasts
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers
• Maintain relationships with approved suppliers and monitor their performance
• Ensure competitive pricing while meeting quality and compliance standards
• Monitor vessel fuel levels and plan bunkering schedules in coordination with the operations team
• Manage transactions and track bunkering and identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, or non-compliance incidents
• Investigate claims related to fuel quantity or quality disputes
• Negotiate charter party agreement, including price, legal terms and liabilities with ship owners
• Review performance and negotiate claims
• In charge of liaising between Shipyard and internal team for new-built
• Keep track of ship building progress, documents and certificate issuance, supplies and crewing preparations
