Key Responsibilities Engineering & Maintenance Management Lead and supervise all engineering and maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment reliability, plant availability, and operational efficiency.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. Establish maintenance strategies that minimize equipment downtime and maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Analyze equipment failures using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
