Posisi SHE Officer bertanggung jawab penuh terhadap perancangan, penerapan, serta pengawasan kebijakan dan prosedur terkait kesehatan, keselamatan kerja, serta lingkungan di area operasional perusahaan. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pelaksanaan inspeksi keselamatan secara berkala, penilaian risiko, investigasi insiden dan kecelakaan kerja, penyediaan pelatihan keselamatan bagi karyawan, pemeliharaan dokumentasi kepatuhan, serta koordinasi dengan otoritas regulasi dan manajemen senior guna menciptakan budaya kerja yang aman.
Tanggung jawab: Developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures; Conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues; Investigating workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions; Providing safety training and induction programmes to employees on-site; Maintaining detailed records of safety incidents, environmental monitoring data, and compliance documentation; Liaising with regulatory authorities and ensuring adherence to local and national health, safety, and environmental legislation; Promoting a positive safety culture through awareness campaigns and engagement initiatives; Preparing safety reports and presenting findings to senior management and project teams; Coordinating with occupational health services and emergency response procedures.
