House of Kairos berdedikasi untuk memberikan pengalaman tamu yang luar biasa dan personal yang mencerminkan komitmen terhadap kualitas serta keunggulan layanan di departemen Food & Beverage (F&B) yang berlokasi di Seseh, Bali. Posisi Server memastikan kelancaran operasional restoran melalui pelayanan yang penuh perhatian, penguasaan produk yang kuat, serta interaksi profesional dengan para tamu. Dalam peran ini, Anda bertanggung jawab memberikan pelayanan yang hangat dan personal sesuai standar House of Kairos, memandu tamu memahami menu serta memberikan rekomendasi yang tepat. Anda juga bertugas memastikan ketepatan pesanan melalui koordinasi yang efektif dengan tim dapur dan bar, mengantisipasi kebutuhan tamu, serta menjaga kebersihan dan tata letak area makan agar selalu siap digunakan.
Tanggung jawab: Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service in line with House of Kairos’ service standards; Guide guests through the menu, provide informed recommendations, and communicate food and beverage options confidently; Ensure accurate order taking and timely service through effective coordination with kitchen and bar teams; Anticipate guest needs and handle requests or concerns with professionalism and care; Maintain impeccable cleanliness, table presentation, and readiness of the dining area; Follow operational SOPs, food safety requirements, grooming standards, and company policies; Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support smooth daily restaurant operations.
Kualifikasi: Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or wellness environments is preferred; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good English proficiency; Guest-focused mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality; Professional appearance, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude; Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
