9-11bali is a restaurant operating in the vibrant hospitality and tourism sector in West Denpasar, Bali. We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our team in a part-time capacity, offering flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle. As a Server, you will act as the face of our establishment, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. You will manage the end-to-end guest service process, from the initial warm greeting and seating to taking accurate orders and delivering food and beverages with professionalism. Additionally, you will handle payments, maintain table cleanliness, and ensure deep knowledge of our menu offerings to provide excellent recommendations.
Tanggung jawab: Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and seating them in designated areas; Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently; Communicating orders to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner; Serving food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail; Checking in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns; Processing payments and handling cash or card transactions accurately; Clearing and resetting tables between seatings; Maintaining knowledge of menu items, specials, and recommendations; Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times; Supporting other team members to ensure smooth service during peak times.
