Reload Sanctuary mencari individu yang ramah, profesional, dan berpenampilan menarik untuk bergabung sebagai Host/Hostess. Anda akan menjadi wajah pertama yang menyambut tamu dan menciptakan kesan positif bagi venue kami. Peran ini melibatkan pengelolaan reservasi, pengaturan tempat duduk, serta memastikan alur tamu berjalan lancar. Anda akan memberikan layanan pelanggan yang luar biasa, menangani pertanyaan atau keluhan dasar, serta berkoordinasi dengan staf layanan untuk menjaga suasana venue tetap positif dan profesional.
Tanggung jawab: Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival; arranged guests to their tables or designated areas; Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating efficiently; Provide guests with accurate information regarding venue services, promotions, and events; Coordinate with service staff and management to ensure smooth operations; Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and entrance area; Handle guest inquiries and basic complaints professionally; Support event operations and crowd management during busy periods; Ensure all guests receive attentive and courteous service; Assist in maintaining a positive atmosphere within the venue.
Kualifikasi: Experience in hospitality, nightlife, restaurant, beach club, or entertainment venues; Familiar with reservation systems and guest handling; Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Pleasant appearance and professional attitude; Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Strong teamwork and coordination skills; Basic English communication skills preferred; Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays; Positive attitude, energetic, and service-oriented.
