Senior Top Creator (Affiliate)

Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners. Monitor affiliate performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rate, GMV) and identify optimization opportunities.

Coordinate affiliate campaigns with internal promotions and seasonal activities. Research and identify suitable KOLs across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. Coordinate content schedules, deliverables, and campaign timelines with KOLs.

Track campaign performance and prepare reports on engagement and ROI. Source, onboard, and maintain relationships with top livestream creators and MCN partners. Coordinate livestream campaigns, product placements, and promotional activities.

Monitor livestream performance metrics, including viewership, engagement, conversion, and sales contribution. Support creator growth initiatives and identify opportunities to improve livestream effectiveness. Assist in executing brand collaborations and promotional partnerships.

Provide operational support for pop-up stores and offline brand activations. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution. Work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to prepare campaign materials.
