Perusahaan trading asal Jepang yang berpusat di Jakarta Selatan membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman untuk bergabung sebagai Senior Sourcing Merchandiser khusus produk pakaian dalam (undergarment). Peran ini berfokus pada manajemen rantai pasok, pengembangan produk, serta pengawasan proses produksi di tingkat pabrik secara menyeluruh. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi kunjungan rutin ke berbagai pabrik di Jawa Tengah sebanyak 3 hingga 4 hari setiap minggu secara simultan. Anda juga akan mendukung riset terkait mitra manufaktur potensial, pengadaan bahan baku, prosedur ekspor-impor, serta memahami manajemen produksi dari tahap pengembangan, proses produksi, hingga pengiriman barang guna memastikan target terpenuhi tepat waktu.
Tanggung jawab: Visit factories in Central Java 3 to 4 days each week, simultaneously; Support research activities related to potential manufacturing partners, raw material sourcing, and export/import procedures; Understand production management processes; Monitor and review each production item running in the factory; Verify and clarify the production process in detail; Identify potential issues (e.g., delivery delays, quality problems) early to minimize risks; Ensure the factory meets delivery targets; Perform other related tasks as necessary; Job Requirements:; Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Business, or a related field; Min. Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Business, or a related field; Min.
