Deskripsi pekerjaan
Perusahaan mencari profesional untuk mengisi posisi Garment Tech & QA Officer yang bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memastikan kualitas produk garmen serta kelancaran proses kerja di area Sample Room. Peran ini melibatkan peninjauan dokumen SR dan WI sebelum proses pembuatan pola, marker, serta sampel dimulai, sekaligus melakukan penjadwalan, koordinasi, dan pemantauan seluruh pekerjaan terkait. Selain itu, posisi ini berperan penting dalam memberikan arahan teknis guna meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, mengusulkan standar produk baru atau perbaikan SOP, serta berkolaborasi erat dengan desainer dan buyer dalam sesi fitting sampel. Kandidat juga bertanggung jawab melakukan tindak lanjut terhadap isu kain reject hingga tuntas serta memastikan kesiapan material dan pengiriman sampel sesuai jadwal setiap musimnya.
Tanggung jawab: Review SR & WI before pattern, marker, and sample processes begin; Schedule, coordinate, and monitor pattern, marker, and sample work; Input marker costing, follow up production markers, and update marker and sample data; Follow up dummy, production, photoshoot, and approval samples each season; Check materials and shipping samples before dispatch; Follow up fabric reject issues from Pemalang until resolved; Conduct pre-production sample fittings with buyers and designers; Coordinate with designers on development samples; Give technical direction in the Sample Room to improve efficiency; Propose new or improved product standards and related SOP changes; Conduct weekly briefings; Requirements; Diploma / Bachelor's degree; Experience as a Garment Tech or in garment QA; Strong product knowledge and garment technical skills; Knowledge of pattern making, grading, production process, and garment quality; Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
