The Solution Sales Executive (SSE) is a strategic leader responsible for driving LoB cloud revenue and customer success within the SAP ecosystem. This role focuses on accelerating the adoption of innovation, particularly AI, and positioning the organization as a market leader in Finance and Spend Management.
The SSE shapes transformative solutions by combining deep SAP expertise with business acumen. They are responsible for managing the end-to-end customer value journey, identifying new business opportunities, and leading complex commercial negotiations. The role also involves fostering C-suite relationships and ensuring that customers achieve measurable value and ROI from their SAP investments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the LoB owner for assigned accounts, developing and executing strategic account plans.
- Provide solution area domain expertise and lead end-to-end process mapping.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Drive go-to-market for new products and lead AI and innovation initiatives.
- Support solution advisors to ensure demo system readiness and manage enablement programs.
- Collaborate with value advisors to create compelling ROI narratives and deliver persuasive pitches.
- Navigate complex pricing and contractual discussions.
- Support Customer Success Management (CSM) and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Drive C-suite engagements and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
