• Manage and ensure all Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities covering incoming raw materials, in-process production, finished goods, and measuring equipment calibration
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and quality control systems, including inspection standards, testing methods, and compliance procedures in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage the implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System, including ISO certifications and other quality standards required by the company
• Plan, conduct, and evaluate internal and external quality audits, and ensure timely follow-up on audit findings
• Manage and ensure effective customer complaint handling through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Develop, monitor, and evaluate departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with operational targets and the company's strategic objectives
• Ensure the implementation of company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), while initiating Continuous Improvement and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency
• Manage the department's budget, resource allocation, and operational requirements to support the achievement of business objectives
• Lead, develop, and evaluate team performance through training, coaching, mentoring, performance appraisals, and talent management initiatives
• Conduct workload analysis and manpower planning to improve organizational productivity and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure product quality complies with company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations
• Prepare and present periodic reports on quality performance, audit results, and quality improvement initiatives to Management and the Board of Directors
