• Hold overall responsibility for site construction management, installation, and final testing & commissioning (T&C) of all electrical systems for the Data Center project
• Lead, coordinate, and monitor electrical supervisors, site engineers, and specialized subcontractors to ensure works are executed according to project plans, quality standards, and schedules
• Oversee high-level implementation and quality control of critical electrical infrastructure, including MV/LV power distribution, switchgears, transformers, UPS systems, generators, and grounding systems
• Rigorously control the electrical project schedule, budgeting, resource allocation, and cost-efficiency to prevent delays and budget overruns
• Act as the primary point of contact to coordinate and align with clients, consultants, main contractors, and local utility providers
• Review and approve electrical construction drawings, technical submittals, and "as-built" documents. Lead the team in resolving critical site engineering issues or design discrepancies
• Organize, lead, and structure project progress meetings, technical discussions, and prepare comprehensive management/client progress reports
• Lead final project inspection, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and handover activities while ensuring strict compliance with local building policies, PUIL, IEC standards, and data center safety regulations
• Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Min. 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in Data Center Projects or large-scale infrastructure projects, with deep practical knowledge of critical electrical systems
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written) with excellent coordination and communication skills
• Proficient in electrical project management processes, installation sequences, single-line diagram analysis, and standard operating procedures for Testing & Commissioning (T&C)
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian PUIL standards, IEC regulations, and international data center safety/quality standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project (or similar scheduling tools), and AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit/BIM is a distinct advantage)
• Strong site construction management experience, sharp problem-solving abilities, high leadership capability, and strong organizational skills
• Willing to be placed at any company site
