About the role We are seeking an experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) Site Manager to join our team at PT Accesstech Super Jaya. As the MEP Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of MEP installations and projects at our construction sites in Cikarang Pusat, West Java. This is a full-time position based on-site. What you'll be doing Manage and coordinate all MEP activities on construction sites, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring the progress of MEP works Ensure MEP works are completed to the highest quality, on time and within budget Liaise with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise Develop and implement MEP-related health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, cost reports, and other documentation as required Provide technical guidance and support to the MEP team, and mentor more junior staff Collaborate with the design team to review and approve MEP-related shop drawings and submittals What we're looking for Minimum 8 years of experience as an MEP Site Manager or in a similar role in the construction industry Proven track record of successfully managing MEP projects from inception to completion especially in Data Center Construction Excellent understanding of MEP systems, including design, installation, and commissioning Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and other construction documentation
