Part of the HRIS team at GoTo, this individual contributor role focuses on driving and maintaining People and Culture tools such as L&D systems, survey tools, and Workday. You will work closely with PAC leadership and people business partners to translate data into meaningful insights. This role is responsible for identifying and managing relevant interventions and generating key reports for the business. Due to the nature of the work, which involves access to sensitive information, maturity and trust are essential requirements for this position.
