Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, International Relations, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in partnerships , key account management, corporate relations, business development, sponsorship management, or client services, with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience managing international clients, global corporate partners, or multinational stakeholders is required. Experience working in a cross-cultural and international business environment is highly preferred.
• Exceptional English proficiency (written and spoken) is essential. Candidates should be comfortable leading meetings, delivering presentations, negotiating, and maintaining professional correspondence with international partners.
• Proven ability to independently manage a portfolio of high-value partners and coordinate multiple stakeholders while handling a high volume of communications and competing priorities.
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the organization professionally to senior executives and external partners.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• A genuine passion for environmental sustainability and a strong alignment with Sungai Watch's mission and values.
