Perusahaan bergerak di bidang teknologi informasi membutuhkan tenaga ahli senior untuk mengelola, mengamankan, dan memastikan skalabilitas infrastruktur jaringan serta sistem komputer. Peran ini memegang tanggung jawab kritikal dalam menjaga kestabilan operasional internal sekaligus mendukung kelancaran penyampaian proyek bagi klien eksternal. Lingkup kerja mencakup administrasi jaringan luas dan lokal, pengelolaan server berbasis Linux maupun Windows, penerapan kontrol keamanan tingkat lanjut, serta penanganan insiden infrastruktur secara proaktif. Kandidat ideal akan bekerja dalam tim yang ramping namun solid, serta terlibat aktif dalam seluruh siklus proyek mulai dari perancangan hingga penyerahan akhir.
Tanggung jawab: About the role Operate and maintain reliable, secure and scalable network and infrastructure environments covering network, server, NOC/monitoring and infrastructure security. The role supports both internal IT operations and external project deliver; Key responsibilities; Manage LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VLAN and VPN; ensure connectivity, performance, availability and capacity; Troubleshoot network issues and support network implementation for external projects; Administer Linux and/or Windows servers, virtualization, storage and backup, including monitoring, patching and hardening; Implement and maintain security controls: firewall, access management, network segmentation, security monitoring and vulnerability remediation; Support security incident response; Monitor infrastructure availability, respond to incidents, and carry out escalation, recovery, root cause analysis and preventive actions; Participate in infrastructure and security projects from design to handover; Coordinate with vendors and project teams, and review technical solutions and configurations; Maintain technical and operational documentation, and share knowledge through cross-training and standardization; Skills and experience; 5+ years of experience in network, infrastructure, system administration and/or IT security in production environments; TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLAN, VPN, DNS and DHCP; Firewall, access control, network segmentation and security monitoring; Linux and/or Windows server administration; NOC operations, incident management, troubleshooting and root cause analysis; Patching, hardening, backup and recovery; Technical documentation and vendor coordination; Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field; Ability to work independently in a lean team; Advantageous: CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet, Palo Alto, CompTIA Security+, Linux or Medical certification; experience with virtualization, cloud, SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, vulnerability management, scripting/automation or Docker.
