Senior Garment Technician

We are looking for a Senior Garment Technician to join our Bali Office. This role will work closely with our Development and Production teams and report to our Senior Production Manager. Along with the Design & Pattern team, you will support in the fitting, Pre-Production sampling and creating Tech Packs. Making sure the garments fit and function are ready for commercial launch. An eye for fashion, trend, garment fit, quality, technical problem-solving, strong planning and leadership skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the Garment Technician team’s daily task and ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved within the set timeline Attend all SMS and PPS fit sessions with the Design & Pattern team and make fit comments to meet commercial needs

Making accurate technical drawing or flat sketch with detail call outs to ensure design details are clear to follow Determine grading for the pattern makers both in-house or factory partners to follow Create and maintain tech packs, specification and grading sheets

Re-checking prints, artwork, placement markers to ensure CADs design is achieved Together with the Development team, develop shape, fit and finalise additional SMU or special capsule samples Attend Pre-production Meeting with Production, QC and Factory Partners both online or offline to consult Tech Pack and fit requirements in production

Along with Production, QC & Pattern team, troubleshoot any technical issues Requirements: Tertiary education in Design, Pattern Making or Garment Technology is preferable
