Product Development Merchandiser – Fashion Apparel

INESSA is looking for a Merchandiser Apparel who is creative, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with a fast-growing fashion brand.

Research and identify the latest local and global fashion trends, including colors, fabrics, silhouettes, prints, and design details. Develop mood boards, seasonal concepts, and product assortments aligned with INESSA's brand identity. Collaborate closely with designers, garment manufacturers, and suppliers throughout the product development process.

Prepare product costing and pricing analysis to ensure competitive pricing while achieving target margins. Manage product sampling and ensure all samples meet design, quality, and cost expectations. Negotiate prices, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), and production terms with suppliers and manufacturers.

Monitor production schedules to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Work cross-functionally with Production, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure products are market-ready. Analyze product performance, including best sellers and slow-moving items, and provide recommendations for future collections.
