Posisi Senior Deal Advisory membutuhkan profesional berpengalaman dalam pengembangan bisnis atau strategi komersial, khususnya di sektor kesehatan, farmasi, atau life sciences. Peran ini bertanggung jawab dalam mengidentifikasi strategi pasar internasional, melakukan asesmen kelayakan pasar, merumuskan strategi peluncuran produk, serta mendukung aktivitas due diligence dan perencanaan integrasi pasca-transaksi.
Tanggung jawab: Identify new international markets strategy for expansion; Conduct market entry assessments (market size, competitor landscape, regulatory barriers); Develop go-to-market strategies tailored for each region; Work with internal R&D and Regulatory Affairs to select products suitable for international markets; Drive commercialization strategies (product positioning, pricing, channel management); Support due diligence activities and assist in integration plans post-transaction.
Kualifikasi: Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance; Minimum of 2-3 years of experience; Experience in business development or commercial strategy, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors; Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry is a strong advantage; Prior M&A exposure or experience is a plus.
