AKRUA Consulting is a professional services firm established in 2017, specializing in finance, accounting, and tax compliance, supported by cloud-based technology solutions. The firm serves a diverse range of industries, including retail, F&B, services, and emerging startups, with a focus on enhancing finance operations and internal business processes. As a Senior Consultant, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to review financial operations and support financial reporting. Your role involves identifying opportunities to improve business processes through modern cloud-based tools, analyzing financial data, and developing practical solutions to boost operational efficiency.
Tanggung jawab: Review and analyze clients’ financial records, bookkeeping processes, and operational workflows; Participate in monthly reviews of clients’ financial performance, including financial statements and supporting documentation; Identify potential process improvements or operational inefficiencies and discuss recommendations with senior team members; Support client engagements related to accounting, financial reporting, and compliance matters; Coordinate with internal team members and client representatives to ensure smooth project execution; Assist in preparing materials and insights for discussions with client management teams; Maintain strong professional relationships with clients while ensuring high-quality service delivery; Provide support and guidance to junior team members when required.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (out of 4.0); 2–4 years of experience in accounting, financial consulting, or finance-related roles; Prior experience in public accounting, consulting firms, or finance teams will be advantageous; Interest in business process improvement, financial operations, and finance technology implementation; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail; Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal; Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment; Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced consulting environment; Strong leadership, teamwork and collaboration with clients.
