Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi ini bertanggung jawab mendukung aktivitas hukum perusahaan, khususnya dalam penyusunan dan peninjauan perjanjian komersial untuk entitas grup, seperti perjanjian suplai, distribusi, layanan, dan NDA. Staf legal senior ini juga akan mengelola administrasi kontrak, dokumentasi, serta memastikan pemantauan kepatuhan hukum yang ketat. Kandidat ideal harus memiliki pemahaman mendalam mengenai hukum korporasi dan komersial di Indonesia.
Tanggung jawab: Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements for group entities; Preparing initial drafts of agreements; Maintaining contract administration and documentation; Updating contract trackers to ensure proper monitoring and control.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Law; Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate or commercial law, either in-house or at a law firm, has experience in FMCG Distribution Company is preferred; Experience working in a publicly listed company (Tbk) is an advantage; Proficient in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements in both Bahasa Indonesia and English; Good understanding of agreement structures, including parties and their authority to act, recitals, and key clauses such as payment terms, indemnification, termination, and dispute resolution; Strong knowledge of Indonesian Company Law (UU No. 40 Tahun 2007 on Limited Liability Companies and its amendments); Good verbal and written communication skills in English; Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying potential legal risks.
