PT Ikonsultan Inovatama adalah perusahaan konsultan IT dan manajemen terkemuka di Indonesia yang telah dipercaya oleh berbagai perusahaan lokal maupun global selama lebih dari dua dekade. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin dan mengelola proyek IT dari awal hingga akhir. Anda akan berperan dalam perencanaan proyek, penganggaran, manajemen risiko, serta koordinasi lintas fungsi antara tim bisnis, teknologi, infrastruktur, dan vendor. Peran ini menuntut pemahaman mendalam mengenai metodologi SDLC, Agile/Scrum, dan Waterfall, serta kemampuan untuk memastikan proyek selesai tepat waktu dan sesuai anggaran.
Kualifikasi: Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end IT projects; Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, stakeholder management, and project delivery, ensuring projects are completed within agreed scope, timeline, and budget; Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and coordinate dependencies across business, technology, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams; Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, DevSecOps, and project delivery methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and Waterfall. Experience in banking system implementation is highly preferred; Ability to manage project risks, issues, actions, and dependencies (RAID), develop mitigation plans, resolve critical issues, and escalate matters to project sponsors and steering committees when necessary; Experienced in project governance, quality assurance, and compliance oversight, ensuring adherence to architecture standards, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit requirements; Skilled in preparing project dashboards, KPI reports, executive status updates, steering committee materials, and management presentations; Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to facilitate decision-making and align business and technical objectives; Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, time management, and organizational skills; Fluent in English, both written and spoken; PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage. Previous experience working with global consulting firms is a plus.
