Job Duties Lead and align Key Account strategy with country priorities, ensuring achievement of CSI/MNC/SBC targets and overall budget. Plan, manage, and develop a portfolio of strategic customer accounts to drive business growth.
Collaborate with global/regional stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives and support key customer development. Coach and support Key Account teams through account planning, customer engagement, and capability building. Facilitate sales excellence by driving relevant training, best practices, and expert community participation.
Organize and contribute to internal and external events to strengthen industry presence and customer relationships. Ensure compliance with customer contract processes, SOP/COP requirements, and company standards. Drive performance management, including coaching, monthly reviews, and improvement plans.
Promote industry insights, trends, and knowledge sharing within the organization. Support additional sales priorities as assigned by the Head of Sales. Ensure adherence to Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Business Continuity standards.
Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in the relevant field, Master's degree is an advantage Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Marketing and Sales role or industry, experience at Management Level is an advantage
