WTW Work & Rewards segment focuses on helping clients optimize returns on individual and organizational performance through effective talent and reward programs. As a Senior Analyst, you will work within a team on diverse projects covering organization, workforce/talent, rewards, career consulting, and surveys. You will serve as a key resource to the lead consultant on various engagements. Your role involves collecting relevant data, conducting analysis, and developing strategies that align talent and reward programs with the client's overall business strategy to drive performance and investment returns.
