Posisi Senior Accounting and Tax Staff bertanggung jawab penuh untuk memperkuat keakuratan, kelengkapan, dan keandalan pelaporan keuangan perusahaan. Peran strategis ini melibatkan peninjauan laporan keuangan, pengelolaan rekonsiliasi akuntansi, memastikan alokasi biaya yang akurat, serta memantau realisasi anggaran departemen dengan mengacu pada standar akuntansi dan perpajakan yang berlaku.
Tanggung jawab: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounting & Tax Staff to strengthen the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of our financial reporting; The successful candidate will play a key role in reviewing financial statements, managing accounting reconciliations, ensuring accurate expense allocation, and monitoring departmental budget realization; This position is ideal for someone with strong accounting fundamentals, analytical skills, and experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution companies; 1. Financial Reporting & Accounting Accuracy; Take primary responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow; Perform and review monthly general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations; Review journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and account classifications to ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian accounting standards (SAK); Identify and investigate accounting discrepancies, unusual balances, and significant monthly fluctuations; Support the month-end closing process and ensure financial reports are completed accurately and on time; Maintain proper supporting schedules and documentation for financial statement balances; 2. Budget Reconciliation & Expense Allocation; Ensure expenses are accurately allocated to the appropriate GL accounts, departments, cost centers, and budget categories; Reconcile monthly departmental actual expenses against approved budgets; Identify incorrect expense classifications, missing budget references, and discrepancies between budget and accounting records; Prepare monthly departmental budget-versus-actual reports and highlight significant variances; Coordinate with department heads to clarify expense allocations and resolve discrepancies; Ensure expenses, accruals, and prepayments are recognized in the appropriate accounting periods; 3. Inventory & Cost Accounting; Review inventory valuation, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and manufacturing cost allocations; Reconcile inventory movements between ERP, accounting records, and operational reports; Investigate inventory discrepancies, unusual cost movements, and production-related accounting issues; Support stock opname activities and ensure inventory adjustments are properly recorded; 4. Tax Accounting & Compliance; Review tax-related accounting entries and reconcile tax balances with the general ledger; Support PPN, PPh, and other applicable tax calculations, reconciliations, and reporting; Ensure tax-related transactions are accurately reflected in the financial statements; Assist with supporting documentation for external audits, tax reviews, and SP2DK inquiries; 5. Internal Controls & Process Improvement; Identify accounting errors, weaknesses in internal controls, and opportunities to improve reporting accuracy; Develop and maintain accounting reconciliation schedules, closing checklists, and supporting documentation; Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, Sales, and other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies; Support improvements to accounting procedures, ERP controls, and financial reporting processes.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting; Minimum 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience , preferably with exposure to financial reporting and month-end closing; Strong understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK/SAK) and general accounting principles; Exposure to or formal training in PSAK and/or IFRS is a strong advantage; Prior experience at a Big Four accounting firm (PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG), or significant experience working with Big Four auditors, is highly preferred; Experience preparing financial statements, audit schedules, and supporting documentation in accordance with applicable accounting standards is an advantage; Demonstrated experience preparing or reviewing financial statements, general ledger reconciliations, and accounting adjustments; Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution companies is strongly preferred; Understanding of inventory accounting, COGS, and manufacturing cost accounting is an advantage; Familiarity with Indonesian taxation, including PPN and PPh; Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, SUMIFS, and lookup functions; Experience using ERP or accounting systems; familiarity with Odoo is an advantage; Brevet A & B certification is preferred; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail; Able to investigate accounting discrepancies independently and recommend corrective actions.
