Posisi Inventory Control bertanggung jawab secara penuh dalam mengawasi, melacak, serta mengelola tingkat persediaan barang guna memastikan ketersediaan pasokan yang akurat dan efisien di dalam gudang perusahaan. Peran ini sangat vital dalam menjaga kelancaran rantai pasok serta menghindari selisih data stok. Tanggung jawab harian meliputi memantau dan memelihara catatan persediaan yang akurat, melakukan stock opname secara berkala beserta rekonsiliasi selisih, berkoordinasi erat dengan bagian gudang, pembelian, dan operasional, melacak arus barang masuk dan keluar, menganalisis laporan persediaan untuk memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan, serta memastikan penyimpanan, pelabelan, dan pengorganisasian stok berjalan sesuai standar.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records; Perform regular stock takes and reconcile discrepancies; Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams; Track incoming and outgoing goods; Analyze inventory reports and suggest improvements; Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of stock; Assist in inventory forecasting and stock level planning; Requirements:; Bachelor Degree in any major with minimum GPA 3.00; Open for fresh graduate with Industrial Engineering Background; Proven experience in inventory control, stock management, or related field; Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy; Familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems; Able to work Monday–Saturday; Willing to Business Trip.
