Tim pengembang bekerja secara sinergis untuk memastikan setiap produk software yang diluncurkan memiliki performa stabil, andal, dan bebas dari kendala teknis. Sebagai Software Quality Assurance, Anda akan berperan penting dalam merancang skenario pengujian, mengeksekusi pengujian aplikasi, serta memastikan seluruh produk perangkat lunak memenuhi spesifikasi fungsionalitas dan kebutuhan bisnis yang ditetapkan. Tugas Anda meliputi identifikasi dan analisis kendala aplikasi, penyusunan laporan pengujian, pemeliharaan dokumentasi teknis, serta memberikan dukungan operasional guna memastikan sistem dapat digunakan secara optimal oleh para pengguna.
Tanggung jawab: Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, in person, or remote access; Develop and document test scenarios based on application requirements and business needs; Execute application testing to verify functionality and ensure the application meets specified requirements; Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot application issues to determine root causes and ensure timely resolution; Provide operational support and guidance to application users to ensure smooth daily operations and effective application usage; Generate reports and analyze recurring user complaints and application issues to identify trends and potential improvements; Maintain technical documentation and service catalogs covering software installation, hardware configuration, and troubleshooting procedures; Academic Requirements:; Technical Skills Requirements:; Other Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent; Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer or in a related software testing role; Experience in maintaining and providing operational support for web-based applications using .NET, HTML, Internet Information Services (IIS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Microsoft Dynamics, IBM InfoSphere (QualityStage and DataStage), and; Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server technologies, including Database Engine, Integration Services (SSIS), Analysis Services (SSAS), and Reporting Services (SSRS), is a plus; Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio, .NET, and JavaScript is a plus; Experience with QA and project management tools, such as Jira, is a plus; Knowledge of computer networks, hardware, and software troubleshooting is a plus; Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Language proficiency: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic proficiency in English; Owned private motorcycle; Able to work in under-pressure condition; Willing to travelling.
