Posisi Senior Accounting bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan akurasi pencatatan transaksi harian sesuai dengan standar PSAK. Peran ini sangat krusial dalam menjaga kesehatan finansial perusahaan melalui pengelolaan laporan keuangan, rekonsiliasi bank, serta kepatuhan pajak. Tugas utama meliputi penanganan rekonsiliasi pajak (PPh 21, 23, 4(2), dan PPN), penyusunan laporan untuk audit tahunan, pengelolaan piutang dan utang, serta koordinasi dengan departemen lain terkait kasbon perusahaan. Pengalaman di kantor akuntan Big Four dan kemahiran dalam software akuntansi seperti SAP atau Accurate sangat diutamakan.
Tanggung jawab: Input and ensure the accuracy of daily transaction entries in compliance with PSAK standards; Perform bank reconciliation and record all account mutations; Handle tax reconciliation (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and VAT) in accordance with SPT values; Prepare accounting reports required for the annual audit; Summarize and calculate accounts receivable, accounts payable, and aging; Compile and reconcile company cash advances by coordinating with other departments; Develop and maintain the company’s financial statements (ICDX); Carry out other tasks assigned by the superior.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or related roles; Experience at a Big Four accounting firm is preferred; Good understanding of PSAK and Indonesian taxation (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and VAT); Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar); Able to work independently as well as in a team.
