About the role We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join PT Xpert Teknologi Inovasi in Jakarta Selatan. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in driving revenue growth and maintaining strong client relationships. What we're looking for Minimum 1-3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the technology
Proven track record of managing and growing large account portfolios with demonstrated revenue growth Strong understanding of the sales cycle and ability to navigate complex procurement processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with C-suite executive
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute account plans Experience in relationship management and customer retention strategies
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal) Having driving license SIM A are preferable
Responsibilities : To create new relationship with potential customers and expand our business channel. To build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship in order to increase sales and their loyalty.
