Seasoning Technologist

Job Description – Seasoning Technologist Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize seasoning formulations for noodle applications based on customer briefs, market trends, and innovation initiatives.

Create, prepare, and evaluate seasoning prototypes through application trials to achieve the desired taste profile, functionality, and product performance. Select, evaluate, and maintain seasoning formulations, including identifying and validating new raw materials to improve product quality, functionality, and cost efficiency. Conduct sensory evaluations, application testing, and troubleshooting to ensure seasoning performance and consistency in noodle products.

Provide technical support during customer visits, product presentations, and application trials in collaboration with the Sales team. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Production, Purchasing, Quality, Sensory, and Marketing, to ensure successful project execution and timely product commercialization. Monitor market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in seasoning and noodle applications to support continuous innovation.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related scientific discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in Seasoning Development or Seasoning Application , preferably with experience in noodle applications .

Strong knowledge of seasoning formulation, spices, savory ingredients, flavor systems, functional ingredients, and raw materials used in seasoning development. Hands-on experience in seasoning application, sensory evaluation, formulation optimization, and troubleshooting for food products, preferably noodles. Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills, with the ability to provide technical support and collaborate effectively across functions.
