Posisi Section Head Exim bertanggung jawab secara strategis dalam pengelolaan operasional ekspor dan impor serta kawasan berikat perusahaan manufaktur. Peran ini menuntut penguasaan mendalam terhadap regulasi kepabeanan terbaru yang dikeluarkan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai, pengelolaan sistem IT Inventory yang terintegrasi dengan CEISA 4.0, serta koordinasi yang efektif dengan instansi pemerintah terkait guna memastikan kepatuhan dan kelancaran arus barang masuk dan keluar perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: A. Bonded Zone Management; Deep understanding of Bonded Zone business processes, including inbound/outbound shipments of local and imported goods, sub-contracting processes, waste destruction, transfers between Bonded Zones; Experienced in managing IT Inventory systems and customs reporting integrated with the CEISA 4.0; Capable of preparing supporting documents for internal audits and routine customs audits by the Customs Office (mutation reports for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods); Excellent communication and coordination skills with relevant government authorities, particularly the local Customs and Excise Office (KPU and KPPBC); Strong understanding of latest customs regulations issued by the Indonesian Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC); B. Export & Import Operations; Manage all export and import operations for raw materials and finished goods accordance with bonded area regulations; Coordinate with forwarders, shipping lines, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery; Prepare and verify all required documents: PIB, PEB, Invoice, Packing List, COO, B/L, Insurance, and DO.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, Logistics, or Customs Administration; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in EXIM for manufacturing or bonded zone companies (Kawasan Berikat); Possessing a customs specialist certificate (PPJK) or a logistics/customs-related certification is an added value; Familiar with INSW, OSS, SIINAS, and CEISA BC systems; Strong understanding of bonded zone operation and reporting requirements; Excellent coordination, attention to detail, and initiative; Able to communicate well and fluent in English.
