JKIE Global Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang inspeksi pihak ketiga (Third Party Inspection), menyediakan tenaga ahli seperti insinyur, inspektur, dan teknisi, serta suplai material dan peralatan. Perusahaan berpusat di Jakarta. Sebagai Sales & Technical Manager, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengembangkan klien baru di sektor EPC, industri, dan pemilik proyek. Anda akan mengelola proses penawaran teknis dan komersial, memimpin kick-off proyek, serta memastikan koordinasi sumber daya dan kepatuhan teknis berjalan sesuai standar. Peran ini juga menuntut kemampuan dalam mengelola hubungan klien dan memberikan dukungan teknis pada proyek-proyek strategis.
Tanggung jawab: Identify and develop prospective EPC, owner, vendor and industrial clients; support account plans, meetings, qualification and follow-up; Register and evaluate RFQs, ITTs and client inquiries; review scope of work, ITPs, technical specifications, locations, schedule and contractual requirements; Prepare and coordinate technically sound and commercially viable quotations, including inspection man-days, inspector rates, mobilization, overtime, expenses and margin assumptions; Identify suitable inspectors, supervisors and coordinators; assess CVs, certifications, discipline experience, availability and client approval requirements; Lead project kick-off, resource planning, schedule control, technical clarification, customer communication and execution follow-up for assigned projects; Act as designated Project Manager for JGC Tangguh and other new projects as assigned, coordinating mobilization, reporting, technical issues and performance; Guide Inspection Coordinators on RFI handling, inspector deployment, report review, NCR follow-up, timesheets and supporting invoice records; Coordinate with JK Korea technical support when required without representing JK Korea experience as PT. JKIE project experience; Maintain quotation/bid status, client contacts, project pipeline, PO outcomes, risks and weekly action reports; Work with Finance and HR/GA on cost verification, collection follow-up, contracts, mobilization and compliance documentation.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or a relevant engineering discipline preferred; Practical experience with third-party inspection, QA/QC, expediting, vendor inspection or technical manpower services in oil & gas, petrochemical, power or related sectors; Ability to interpret engineering documents, inspection scopes, ITPs and applicable inspection standards; Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, professional email and quotation/costing preparation; Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia; strong coordination, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
