Sales Supervisor - LYD Organic

LYD Organic is a Bali-based organic fresh produce company with its own farm nestled in the highlands of Bedugul, North Bali. Using sustainable, chemical-free farming practices, we grow and deliver fresh, nutrient-rich produce to customers across the island — from households to businesses. We believe that what we eat reflects the health of the earth we grow it from. We are looking for a driven and organized Sales Supervisor to grow our reach across both B2B and B2C channels. You'll be the bridge between our farm and our customers — managing sales operations, building new partnerships, and keeping the administrative side of the business running smoothly.

Identify and develop new B2B clients such as restaurants, hotels, and retailers Manage and grow the B2C customer base through direct and online channels Handle day-to-day sales administrative tasks including orders, invoices, and reports

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure satisfaction Monitor sales performance and report progress to management Coordinate with the farm and operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment

Identify market opportunities and propose strategies for business growth Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Organized and detail-oriented with solid administrative capabilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit targets Interest in organic products, sustainable living, or the F&B industry is a plus
