Perusahaan Manufaktur Otomotif di Central Cikarang membuka kesempatan bagi posisi Sales Staff. Peran ini berfokus pada upaya mengidentifikasi dan membangun koneksi dengan calon pelanggan di pasar baru, mengembangkan serta mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran yang efektif untuk memperluas basis klien, serta memberikan presentasi yang persuasif dan menegosiasikan kontrak dengan klien baru. Anda juga akan bertanggung jawab membangun dan memelihara hubungan jangka panjang dengan klien yang sudah ada guna memastikan pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan. Di samping itu, tugas harian mencakup analisis data penjualan dan tren pasar guna menyusun strategi serta rencana penjualan yang lebih baik, serta berkolaborasi erat dengan tim internal demi menjamin kepuasan pelanggan dan keberhasilan pengiriman proyek.
Tanggung jawab: Identify and establish connections with potential customers in new markets; Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to expand the client base; Deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate contracts with new clients; Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure continuous business growth; Analyze sales data and market trends to develop more effective sales strategies and plans; Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery; Other tasks as assigned; Job Requirements:.
