Dharma Uluwatu berlokasi di South Kuta, Bali, dan saat ini mencari Sales Associate yang antusias untuk bergabung dalam operasional ritel produk Ripcurl. Posisi ini berfokus pada pemberian layanan pelanggan yang luar biasa dan mendorong penjualan produk di toko. Sebagai Sales Associate, Anda akan menjadi garda terdepan dalam menciptakan pengalaman belanja yang berkesan bagi pelanggan. Tanggung jawab utama Anda mencakup memberikan rekomendasi produk yang ahli, memproses transaksi penjualan, menjaga kerapian tampilan produk, serta memastikan lingkungan toko tetap bersih dan menyambut pelanggan dengan baik.
Tanggung jawab: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and offering expert product recommendations from our Ripcurl range; Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems; Maintain product displays, ensuring merchandise is well-organised, visually appealing and properly stocked; Keep the retail environment clean, tidy and welcoming for all customers; Build product knowledge and stay informed about current inventory, promotions and new arrivals; Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction; Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques; Support inventory management activities, including stock counting and receiving deliveries; Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive working environment.
