NEXA UNIVERSE DEVELOPMENT BALI is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join the team in South Kuta, Bali. This full-time position operates in a fast-paced retail environment where the primary goal is to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of retail operations. The role is fundamental in creating memorable customer experiences and representing brand values with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Tanggung jawab: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products and services; Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems and handling various payment methods; Maintain detailed product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions; Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques and customer engagement; Keep the retail space clean, organised and visually appealing, including regular merchandising and stock displays; Monitor inventory levels, report stock shortages, and assist with stock replenishment and organisation; Handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback professionally, working towards satisfactory resolutions; Support promotional activities and marketing initiatives to drive customer awareness and footfall; Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive working environment; Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety guidelines at all times.
